Using RML Transcription is simple and efficient. After receiving your personalised quote, your audio files can be securely uploaded to Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox. Once transcribed, the final transcript will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe in both .doc and PDF formats, ready for your immediate use. A deposit of 25-50% will apply depending on the length of the file to be transcribed.

We pride ourselves on delivering accurate and reliable transcripts. Each audio file is manually transcribed and proofread to ensure the transcript accurately reflects the audio content to the best of our ability. We do not use AI in our transcription process. However, the final product is only as good as the audio we receive; low-quality audio files will impact the accuracy of your transcript.

• Reduce background noise as much as possible. Try not to record in busy areas or in public places such as cafés.
• Ensure you do not have any static, echo, or any other interference which will make speech difficult to distinguish. 
• Be cognisant of where the microphone is placed. Try to place it at equal distance between speakers. Noises such as shuffling paper or clinking of utensils will interfere with the recording, so try to place it away from any interference.
• For focus groups or interviews with more than two participants, encourage speakers not to interject or speak over each other if possible. It can also be helpful if focus group participants introduce themselves at the beginning of the recording.
