  1. Services Provided
    RML Transcription offers professional transcription services, including general, legal, and medical transcription. All work is carried out with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  2. Client Responsibilities
    Clients must provide clear and audible audio recordings. Poor audio quality may impact transcription accuracy and may incur additional charges. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to request transcription of the provided content.
  3. Turnaround Time
    Standard turnaround times will be agreed upon before commencing work. Urgent requests may be subject to additional fees. Delays caused by unclear recordings or additional client requests may affect the deadline.
  4. Fees and Payment
    All pricing will be agreed upon in advance. An agreed-upon deposit will be payable prior to commencement of work and full payment is due within three days of invoice issuance. Late payments may incur a late fee. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
  5. Confidentiality
    All transcription work is treated with strict confidentiality. No information will be shared with third parties unless required by law. If an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is required, it must be provided before work commences.
  6. Accuracy and Liability
    While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, RML Transcription is not liable for any errors or omissions resulting from unclear recordings, industry-specific terminology, or inaudible sections. Clients are responsible for reviewing the final transcript.
  7. Revisions and Corrections
    Requests for minor corrections must be made within three days of receiving the final transcript. Substantial changes beyond the original scope may incur additional fees.
  8. Cancellations and Refunds
    If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced, fees for work completed up to that point remain payable. Refunds are not available for completed work.
  9. Intellectual Property
    Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final transcript. RML Transcription does not claim any rights over the transcribed content.
  10. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.
  11. Amendments
    RML Transcription reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
