For Clean Verbatim transcription, see below. Clean Verbatim is edited for clarity and readability, removing non-essential speech elements such as stutters, repetitions, false starts, and filler words (e.g., "like," "um," "uh").

  • All prices are shown per audio minute.
  • 24-hour turnaround for recordings of 90 minutes or less.
  • 48-hour turnaround for recordings with 4 or more participants is dependent on good-quality audio, i.e. controlled focus groups without a lot of overlapping speech.
  • If the audio is poor enough to impact the delivery of an accurate transcript and/or require more time and effort, the cost per minute will increase by €0.50. This will be communicated to the customer before invoicing or payment.
